Cancellation, Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

1. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies:

  • All refunds must be initiated by email from the buyer’s registered email address. You will need to contact us via email.
  • Your email must include the product’s name and order ID, as well as a full description of the nature of the problem and images/videos of the goods in the case of damage or manufacturing faults.
  • If the seller agrees to a refund, you must return the product within 15 days after the vendor agrees.
  • Please send your return/exchange order to the email address you were given. This varies depending on the product. You will be responsible for this expense.
  • Please remember that if the fault is ours (due to a manufacturing defect), we will contact you to arrange a pickup. In all other circumstances, please remember that we can only perform exchanges and returns once you have shipped the merchandise to us.
  • If the items are sent to you damaged, please email us a photograph of the damaged product, the invoice details, and the package’s barcode.
  • Subject to availability, refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned products. Otherwise, a hold period or a refund will be requested.
  • The G.K.S. Gold team will contact sensitive cases.

2. POLICY TIMELINE

  • We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packing, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If we accept your return, we will email you a return mailing label and information on how and where to deliver your shipment. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

3. When and what can be returned?

  • You receive a defective product.
  • You obtain a product that is not what you ordered.
  • Within 15 days of the delivery date

4. Product Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, including with any bills, original packing, and so on.
  • Products must be in their original condition and clean.
  • The brand packaging should be complete.
  • Replacement of a product is contingent on the product’s availability on the website.
  • The Product should have only been purchased using a prepaid payment option.

6. Refunds Approval

When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was accepted. If you are authorized, your original payment method will be instantly refunded. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post your refund backwards.

7. Miscellaneous

Please remember that all customer claims and requests for return/refund are subject to G.K.S. Gold’s approval. G.K.S. Gold maintains the right to revise, edit, modify, add, or remove any section of this policy at any time without previous written notice to you.
